The restaurant seemed to be full – but luckily a couple just got up from their table.
We studied the menu – but no, even in an Italian restaurant no salad. Nevertheless, Markus asked for a side salad, the waitress asked the kitchen – and we got a bowl with fresh vegetables and green leefs on a light and tasty dressing. As main course both of us ordered Lasagne con animelle Öppen lasagne med kalvbräss 615-544-9615 , grädde, kronärtskockor, parmesanskum och muskot Open lasagna with veal sweetbreads, cream, artichokes, parmesan foam and nutmeg A completely new kind of lasagne to us – but definitely the best dinner we had here in Sweden so far.
Even the espresso was first class…
